Order Processing

  • Once your order is placed, please allow up to 48 hours for our team to carefully pick, pack, and prepare your order for shipment.

  • We offer FREE International Shipping on all orders.

Delivery Times

  • Most orders arrive within 2 weeks of being shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal service.

  • If you have not received your order within this timeframe, please contact us with your order number and our 24/7 customer support team will assist you.

  • Please note that shipping times exclude customs clearance or unexpected postal delays.

Order Cancellations

  • Need to make a change? Please email us immediately with the subject line CHANGE or CANCEL.

  • If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be changed or cancelled. In that case, you will need to follow our return process.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

  • If your order shows as "delivered" by the courier, Kinder Filter is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Couriers may leave packages at your doorstep if no one is home.

  • We do not provide replacements or refunds for packages marked as delivered, but if this happens, contact us—we’ll do our best to help.

  • Tip: Please check your spam/junk/promotions folder if you do not see your shipping confirmation email.

Wrong Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to correct it before your order is shipped.

Damaged, Faulty, or Broken Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide a photo/video of the issue.

  • Our team will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Multiple Item Orders

  • If you ordered more than one item, they may be shipped separately depending on stock and supplier location.

  • You may receive some items earlier than others, but rest assured—they are on the way!
